Evue didn’t find the start or end of my trip
Open the original screenshot again from Photos. Screenshots work better than photos of a screen. Make sure Apple Intelligence is on in Settings › Apple Intelligence & Siri.
Results look basic
Evue uses Apple’s on-device model when Apple Intelligence is available and turned on. Without it, Evue still finds addresses, phone numbers, links, dates and flight numbers.
My tickets don’t appear on my other iPhone
Check that you’re signed in to iCloud with the same Apple ID on both devices, and that “Save history” is on in Evue’s Settings. Syncing can take a minute.
